Last month, my friend Jenn came home from Singapore. She only comes home once a year (and we haven't seen each other for three years!!!) hence, the Filipino flavor craving.
Meeting halfway with what we both wanted, we settled for Chicken Bacolod Inasal.

I swear this is Sinigang na Bangus. The fish is lying in the soup somewhere!
